Top international law firm is seeking a Junior Human Resources Generalist. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position will encompass many aspects of HR, including recruiting, on-boarding, and conducting new hire orientations. As the first face of HR, the candidate will be answering phones for the department, as well as handling administrative duties as needed. Benefits experience is a plus, as this role is responsible for answering employee benefit questions. Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as an intermediate proficiency of MicroSoft Office. Must have HRIS knowledge, preferably UltiPro. Bachelor’s degree required.
