Job Description:

The Senior Coordinator, CRM Systems is responsible for supporting the digital marketing team with the maintenance, operation, and continuing evolution of our CRM data and email marketing communication systems to enhance client engagement and increase digital traffic, as well as working on other communications initiatives.


In this capacity, the Senior Coordinator, CRM Systems will:


* Provide support for the Salesforce CRM:

* Organizing and entering contact and company data;

* Reviewing data to ensure consistency;

* Creating and running reports in Salesforce;

* Campaign creation and list building;

* Assisting with business/operational strategies and processes;

* Coordinate and assist with mass-marketing, event email distribution, and other digital initiatives in support of the Firm's communications strategy:

* Distribution of firm email marketing communications;

* Creation and management of event registration and landing pages;

* Coordination and distribution of event invitation, reminder, confirmation and related communications;

* Collaboration with individual event leads to collect, update, and track registration and attendee information;

* Post-event work including coding of attendees into database, compiling post-event reports for analysis;

* Work overtime as required, and

* Handle additional related projects as assigned.


Job Requirements:


Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree (required);

* At least 4 years of experience working with and supporting office applications and data integrity/quality issues (required);

* At least 4 years of experience within a CRM software environment (required); (Salesforce strongly preferred); and

* At least 4 years of experience within an Email Marketing Solution suite environment (required) (Pardot strongly preferred).


Proficiencies:

* Expert proficiency in Salesforce and related applications;

* Expert proficiency in email marketing solution suites (Pardot, Vuture, Marketo);

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word, document management, and CRM systems;

* Advanced proficiency in English language punctuation, spelling, grammar and writing skills;

* Excellent verbal and communication skills, including attention to detail and proofreading;

* Excellent understanding of legal and professional services industry and related marketing;

* Excellent understanding of marketing resources, principles, procedures, and concepts;

* Excellent understanding of technical principals and best practices for electronic communications; and

* Fundamental knowledge of HTML code and principles.
