Job Description:


Position Summary


The Graphic Designer will be responsible for upholding global brand standards while creating effective and well-thought-out materials both as an individual and collectively with other designers. They will partner with writers, designers and business development managers across multiple offices and a broad range of outputs including print, web, video and social media.

This is a hands-on role for a strong player who must have the ability to design and communicate heavy content and data effectively through clean typesetting and innovative infographics, while collaborating in a team environment. Projects will include seasonal campaigns (digital and print), advertising, web pages, pitch documents, presentations and marketing collateral.

Duties and Accountabilities

  • Act as brand advocate with the ability to uphold visual brand and style guidelines and may assist with writing new guidelines
  • Ability to solve an array of business and communications challenges through visual design with a strong interest in editorial layout design and typography
  • Communicate with senior management to continue to develop an aesthetic and brand that reflects the Firm’s core values and ideals
  • Revise layouts according to internal client specifications while staying on brand. Act as primary client contact for all assigned projects throughout the entire project process, utilizing our digital project management system
  • Must have the ability and flexibility to design for all marketing channels within print and digital
  • Superb attention to detail while juggling multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
  • Must demonstrate versatility to design in multiple styles ranging from simply sophisticated to cutting-edge visual storytelling. Must stay on top of emerging technologies and trends
  • Solid production skills with the ability to prepress and prepare files for print and ensure print production specifications are met

Location and Reporting

  • This  is a hybrid in-office/remote  role which can be based in our  New York or Tampa office.
  • This role reports to the Design Lead in New York.
