Duties / Responsibilities:
· Main point of contact for general HR, time card and payroll inquiries.
· Become expert at Paycor, the Firm’s HRIS database; make recommendations for improvements and audits.
· Work closely with Accounting / Billing for paying HR / Benefits invoices and resolving discrepancies.
· Manages leaves of absence including FMLA, STD, LTD, PTO, state specific PFL, company specific leaves, and Workers’ Comp.
· Play a seminal role in on-boarding and off-boarding employees across the Firm.
· Work in concert with Senior Accountant to process semi-monthly payroll / benefit funding wires.
· Ensure integrity of Form I-9s, personnel files and information in Paycor.
· Play critical role in organizing Flu Shot Program and ad hoc Firm events.
· Work closely with HR Manager on the annual renewal of benefit programs during Open Enrollment.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications / Experience:
· College degree preferred
· Two to Five Years’ Law Firm experience a plus
· Experience with HRIS databases, running reports, updating / uploading information
· Proficiency in MSWord, Outlook, Excel
· Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communications
· Ability to analyze issues and think outside-the-box to find resolutions
· Stellar customer service skills
· Ability to maintain confidential data
· Good judgment and sensitivity
