Job Description:
Supports the HR Manager and HR Specialists with recruiting, onboarding, and events for the Summer Associate program.
Pre-Summer Program:
· Coordinate aspects of the onboarding process for all summer associates–file, track, follow up, and send forms as needed to summer associates and Student Recruitment Team
· Manage parts of work assignment and performance feedback processes such as following up on missing feedback, compiling and pulling feedback for mid-summer and end-of-summer reviews and adding work assignments to viDesktop as needed
· Attend summer orientations and events as needed, acting as an on-site contact and event coordinator; troubleshoot tech issues, assist with reminder emails and managing attendance
· Ad hoc summer associate related tasks i.e., creating summer event invitations and calendar invites, working with conference services for internal training and events, etc.
Pre-Recruiting/Pre-OCI/OCI
· Manage candidate files ensuring the applicant tracking system is up to date for student applications through interviewing and hiring process; uploading student applications and updating with resumes, transcripts, writing samples, etc. as needed (LawCruit and FloRecruit)
· Assist with scheduling interviews as needed pre-OCI (through FloRecruit and Webex); staying on call to troubleshoot tech issues
· Maintain various spreadsheets for hiring statistics (Excel)
· Create student information packets for hiring committee meetings
· Track and manage student outreach following OCI; make calls and send invites for callbacks
· Compile and pull ad-hoc reports as needed for Hiring Committee meetings
Post-Summer and Post-OCI
· Provide feedback from Summer Program and OCI process
· Coordinate aspects of the on-boarding process for fall associate class—file, track, follow up and send forms as needed to Student Recruitment Team
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experience has been directly related to the functions of the job
Technical Skills: (required or preferred)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
