Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design and implement a comprehensive training program aligned with the firm’s technology strategy and business objectives.
· Develop and deliver training for attorneys and staff on core systems, applications, workflows, and best practices.
· Support technology rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements through structured training and change management initiatives.
· Oversee technology onboarding for new hires, ensuring timely and consistent systems adoption.
· Create and maintain training materials, including documentation, guides, and on-demand resources.
· Manage training schedules, participation tracking, and learning content repositories or LMS platforms.
· Partner closely with IT, Practice Management, and HR to assess training needs and address skill gaps.
· Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and usage metrics.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Minimum of five years of experience in training, professional development, or instructional design, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
· Experience delivering technology-focused training to attorneys or other professionals strongly preferred.
· Strong understanding of law firm systems and workflows, including document management, timekeeping, billing, and collaboration tools.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the firm.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
