Job Description:

Responsibilities:

· Assist with firm events, webinars, and conferences, including logistics, invitations, materials, responses, and follow-up communications.

· Maintain the firm’s CRM database, including mailing list management, external mailings, and running reports.

· Maintain an experience database, drafting short marketing descriptions of client matters.

· Compile experience lists to support the creation of pitches and RFP responses.

· Create and update website posts using a Wordpress-based CMS.

· Help draft and design internal communications, including firmwide newsletters, invitation content, announcements, and intranet posts.

· Work on image files, document design, PowerPoint decks, and other projects to maintain the firm’s visual brand.

· Support other assignments and projects as needed for attorney and practice group initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Required Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years of experience in a marketing, marketing technology, public relations, or business development role (preferably at a law firm or in professional services)

· Strong writing skills

· Excellent attention to detail, along with organizational and planning skills

· Experience with marketing technology platforms and software

· A good eye for design and layout

· Excellent research skills and critical thinking ability

· Ability to use discretion and exercise independent, sound judgment

· Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team

· Ability to work in an environment with shifting priorities to meet time-sensitive deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships

· Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality

· This is a hybrid role and will require occasional overtime
