Job Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Candidates will have the following responsibilities:
- Effectively execute the firm’s responses to major cross-practice RFPs and pitches by taking ownership of each response, drafting content, coordinating with departments across the firm and collaborating with lawyers.
- Work collaboratively with BD colleagues and lawyers to project manage responses.
- Lead the design and implementation of critical BD infrastructure.
- Build effective agendas for proposal and pitch meetings, prepare materials and speakers, and project manage actions coming from meetings.
- Provide ad hoc support on other pitches, proposals, and directory submissions when capacity allows.
- Create and maintain relevant firm marketing collateral and experience.
- Work with coordinators and other members of BD to ensure content stays up-to-date and associated changes are made to firm materials and website as appropriate.

- Candidates should have well-developed Foundation® experience, Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and be proficient in contact relationship management databases, such as Microsoft Dynamics. Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree.
