Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop a team of four, setting clear objectives and fostering a high- performance culture.

* Oversee the production, accuracy, and timeliness of recurring financial and operational reports for leadership and practice groups, including overhaul of existing reporting.

* Manage the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.

* Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools to enhance reporting automation, improve data analysis, and deliver predictive insights.

* Collaborate closely with IT to optimize data architecture, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless integration of financial data sources.

* Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Practice Management, and Operations to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

* Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and scalability.

* Stay current with emerging tools and technologies - including AI - to strengthen the firm's analytics capabilities.




Job Requirements:


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

* 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

* Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools and a strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.

* Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics platforms and experience applying them to financial reporting or data visualization is a plus.

* Experience working closely with IT teams on data integration, systems enhancements, and reporting infrastructure.

* Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

* Prior experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred but not required.
