Job Description:

* Serve as primary contact for the firm's travelers to assist in the day-to-day travel operations, service delivery issues as well as traveler experience, traveler escalations and providing prompt and effective resolution;

* Work closely with the Director of Travel to implement travel initiatives, including managing travel requests for meetings and firm events;

* Manage travel services through efficient processes with high client satisfaction while adhering to travel policy compliance and awareness of savings to the firm;

* Develop strong working relationships with all levels of the firm on a global scale to include key stakeholders;

* Create training modules and lead training for travel arrangers and travelers on the travel program, policies and how to create traveler profiles;

* Support the implementation of global projects related to travel tools and solutions, including 3rd party vendors;

* Develop a collaborative partnership with the firm's travel vendor to support shared goals;

* Manage travel reporting, including development of travel dashboards with data related to spend, travel metrics for compliance, volume trends along with exception reporting, budgeting and forecasting;

* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments across offices;

* Work beyond scheduled hours as required; and

* Handle additional related projects and tasks as may be assigned and necessary.



Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree (preferred);

* At least 5 years of progressive experience in corporate travel management, ideally within a professional services or law firm environment;

* Strong knowledge of global travel operations, including airline, hotel, and ground transportation programs;

* At least 5 years of work process and procedure experience;

* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional service in a deadline-driven environment;

* High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive traveler information and firm matters; and

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
