Job Information

Our Client is seeking an Executive Practice Assistant to work one on one with the Managing Attorney. The Executive Practice Assistant provides services exclusively for the Managing Partner, who, in addition to running the firm, maintains an active practice in Real Estate.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Produce, edit and finalize a wide variety of legal documentation
•Manage daily workflow by determining action items and priorities
•Service client billing needs, perform time entry and open new matters as required
•Provide phone coverage and maintenance and management of various schedules
•Assist with special projects and provide back-up coverage for others as may be required

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
•A college degree in any field is required
•Experience in a similar capacity supporting a law firm leader is required
•The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and anticipate needs is essential
•Advanced-level document production skills, with a typing speed of at least 90 wpm
•Advanced level systems skills utilizing Word and Outlook mainly, as well as familiarity with time and billing programs, PowerPoint and Excel.
•Individual must be reliable, responsive and resourceful.
•Position entails a wide variety of tasks including scheduling and managing daily activity
