Duties and Accountabilities1
•To provide administrative support to the Directors and the Managers of the People team
•Monitor and manage Directors/Managers calendars
•Intake and process of invoices for Americas People team
•Answer and screen incoming telephone calls
• Monitor and manage Directors/Managers appointment calendars
•Coordinates meetings/scheduling conference room reservations
•Assist with onboarding new employees across Americas offices
•Monitor and Track people team time and attendance; reconcile time and attendance at year end
•Assist Talent Advisory team with performance evaluations and compensation processes
•Other projects as required. Personal Specification Candidates for this role should have a strong administrative background including highly developed organizational skills. Legal recruitment experience, or at least experience of working directly in a partnership environment, preferred. A secretarial background, again ideally in a legal environment, could also provide appropriate experience for this role This is a busy environment with deadlines to meet and requires a calm and approachable attitude as well as the confidence and maturity to deal with people at all levels, both within the Firm and externally. It is essential that a professional, helpful and friendly attitude is shown at all times. Candidates must be able and willing to deal with the considerable administrative workload required of this role as well as demonstrating the necessary initiative and confidence to work under minimal supervision when required.

Education/Qualifications Qualifications:

•Law Firm exposure beneficial
