A top national law firm is seeking an Office Manager for their San Francisco office.

Specific Duties
•Lead all recruiting and hiring processes for administrative staff positions.
•Review current scheduling of staff members and make necessary changes to maintain appropriate staff coverage levels.
•Conduct performance review process for staff members.
•Act as liaison with human resources, benefits, finance and other internal resources.
•Lead monthly staff meetings with Deputy General Counsels.
•Track all forms of medical and disability leaves.
•Work with Deputy General Counsels to manage office/desk assignments and maintenance.
•Work with IT staff and attorneys to manage technology needs and applications, serve on technology committee.
•Serve as primary contact to attorneys for mobile and laptop requests.
•Manage equipment assignment and replacement with IT staff.
•Schedule and/or conduct staff training programs.
•Schedule attorney CLE programs and track attorney CLE credits.
•Manage document storage accounts.
•Assist in planning of special events and holiday-related responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:
•College Degree required
•Minimum 10 years prior office management experience in a law firm required
