A leading asset managing company in NJ is looking for a Receptionist.

Responsibilities:
Support to the Corporate Facilities Services Department as needed
Welcomes and announces clients, applicants, and visitors
Operates call directory equipment to transfer incoming calls to correct person
Responsible for opening, maintaining and closing down the reception area, including operating the digital kiosk
Assists with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms
Arranges for and reserves projectors and other meeting equipment, ensuring equipment is in good operating condition
Arranges video and/or web conferencing as needed
Monitor the comings and goings of Vendors, Contractors and Logistical Personnel
Involved in administrative projects as needed
Maintains records and logs of service requests and tracks their status
Provide back up to the Managing Partner’s administrative assistant
Light word processing duties

Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
Works well under pressure and able to adapt to a dynamic environment
Proven ability to organize, manage, and plan several concurrent initiatives with varying priorities
Strong attention to detail
Strong telephone answering skills
Solid word processing skills
