A top company is looking for an organized, detail oriented, and eager to learn Accounting Administrator. This individual will report to the COO and will be responsible for accounts receivables, accounts payables, monthly statements, answering the phones, data entry and other administrative tasks. This is a pretty straightforward position which entails using QuickBooks and tracking mortgage payments.
Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payables and accounts receivables using QuickBooks
• Process client invoices on a regular basis
• Process payroll and payroll taxes
• Track property taxes on current loans
• Perform bank reconciliations and post to the general ledger
• Heavy data entry and other miscellaneous accounting duties
• Update client information and status in accounting software
• Respond to problems in a timely manner and communicate with the appropriate individuals promptly
• Interaction with clients
• Maintains historical records by filing documents on a regular basis
• Other duties as assigned (ordering office supplies, arrange travel, appointments, etc.)
Qualifications:
Associates degree strongly preferred.
Good follow up skills.

Word
Excel
Outlook
Mac based computers
