Carol Oneil

CEO

Carol O’Neil, a native New Yorker and President of The ONeil Search Group, has over 25 years of recruiting experience. She began her career as an indispensable member of New York City’s first legal search firm, quickly becoming the firm’s Vice President. Carol went on to launch her own highly successful recruiting business, Carol O’Neil and Associates, in 1989.

Carol’s extensive experience and dedication to excellence has made her a recognized leader in the specialized recruiting of Executive Directors, Administrators, VPs and C-level Management. Her accomplishments in the field of recruiting are unparalleled.

Carol is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the Society of Human Resource Managers and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. In addition, she is committed to numerous community organizations and causes including The American Cancer Society and The Race for the Cure.

Tish Noble

Executive Director

Tish Noble has been a member of The ONeil Search Group since 1995. In that time, Tish has built a loyal following of clients and candidates who rely on her extensive knowledge of the legal community, as well as her sound judgment and insightful career advice.

After graduating from Fairfield University, Tish started her career at Lehman Brothers, where she became an Assistant Vice President of Document Services in the Investment Banking Division. She subsequently served as the Director of Document Production at Weil Gotshal & Manges for five years before joining The ONeil Search Group.

Nicole Trazoff

Managing Director

Nicole Trazoff joined The ONeil Search Group as a Professional Search Consultant in 2001. She works extensively with a wide variety of top-tier international and boutique law firms, as well as financial firms, non-profits, consumer products and pharmaceutical companies. She has placed professionals in all areas of legal marketing, accounting, administration, human resources, and Para-professional non-legal positions.

Nicole graduated from Queens College with a Bachelor’s in Communications after which, she began a successful career as a Securities and Insurance Broker. In her next position, as a Marketing Consultant, Nicole helped a start-up Chiropractic Practice Management firm grow into a multi-million dollar organization. Following that, Nicole began her recruiting career at a National Legal Recruiting firm. Three years later she joined the ONeil Search team. Nicole’s dedication and enthusiasm have enabled her to establish long-term relationships with her clients and help them identify top talent.

Debbie Stoltz

Recruiting Manager

With a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Debbie started in legal Human Resources at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in New York City, and over the next 11 years, progressed her career at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Baker Botts, and Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu, during which she acquired many years of experience doing internal recruiting for both staff and attorney positions. As a 7 year veteran of The O’Neil Search Group, Debbie has successfully placed numerous candidates in positions across the spectrum, from entry level recent graduates, to jobs in the C-Suite requiring highly sophisticated prior experience.

With an extensive community of professional contacts, Debbie utilizes her networking talents and social media to ensure that candidates are aware of exciting opportunities in their fields, taking special care to understand a candidate’s unique expectations and matching them to roles that fit their needs. Deb takes the time to coach her candidates when they want it, enhancing resumes, providing interview tips and ensuring that a job seeker presents their “best self” to prospective employers. She is known for building life-long relationships with both clients and applicants whom she keeps in contact with regularly and prides herself on her countless referrals, many of whom laud her for treating them with the utmost respect and attention.
