Join the fast-paced marketing department of a billion dollar global law firm! The Marketing Campaigns Manager executes and project manages collaborative marketing and communication campaigns, events and initiatives to attract prospective clients and cross-sell into existing business. The Manager partners with marketing team and practice leaders to shape campaign priorities and review business results. The Campaigns Manager implements best practices for firm wide client events and marketing campaigns, including metrics for measuring impact on business development.

-Provide end-to-end project management support for firm wide marketing campaigns, events and cause-related initiatives (diversity, pro bono, etc.) across multiple platforms and formats (digital, social, onsite and email) to drive demand, engagement, and retention.
-Manage campaign and event performance to identify which methods work best for the brand and maintain detailed metric reports to evaluate performance.
-Provide readouts and performance reports to firm leadership and internal stakeholders.
-Evaluate and revise campaign tactics and channels based on a comprehensive understanding of analytics.
-Proactively identify strategic marketing opportunities in segments that reflect the Firm’s core practice areas and industry strengths.
-Collaborate with internal marketing functions (creative services, marketing technology, public relations, business development, and client relations) on the design, creation, and execution of thought leadership campaigns, and work with members of the firm’s marketing web and analytics team to determine best practices for lead generation and nurturing programs for existing and prospective clients.
-Leverage competitive intelligence and other marketing data to develop campaign themes/topics and execute a plan to create assets that promote a point of view, educate target audiences, and drive critical behavioral metrics.
-Ensure campaign assets are on-brand, consistent in terms of quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience across digital, social, and email marketing platforms.
-Continuously serve as an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style. Leverage video and podcasts and explore other marketing platforms to enhance campaigns.
-Enhance or implement new business processes and best practices where none exist.
-Diligently manage campaign budgets.

Events and Sponsorships

-Lead strategy and execution of effective events program by leveraging assets to promote client events and closely follow the pipeline that is created through marketing-led events.
-Work closely with internal stakeholders to determine relevant and applicable event or business sponsorships to pursue, and audit current sponsorships database to ensure sponsorships are aligned with the firm’s business priorities.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in related field.
-5+ years’ experience in marketing campaign management and events roles, preferably in a large, international law firm or corporation.
-B2B lead generation management and pipeline development experience. Substantial experience in all aspects of marketing communications, including content marketing, event planning and execution, nurture campaigns, email marketing, and social media.
-Strong presentation skills and writing/editing skills. Project management experience, involving the management of multiple stakeholders. People management experience a plus.
