Job Description:
Growing New York regional law firm is seeking attorneys with varying degrees of experience in general liability defense to work in any of their NYC-area offices (Manhattan, Westchester or Long Island).
Responsibilities encompass all aspects of insurance defense, including initial investigation and legal analysis, preparing and filing legal pleadings and documents, performing legal research, preparing for and conducting pre-trial discovery, preparing for and handling hearings and trials, and conducting any necessary post-trial activities.
New York bar is required; New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania bars a plus.
