Job Description:
The ideal Medical Records Specialist candidate will be able to request and successfully obtain all clients medical records. This position requires a proactive personality with organizational skills along with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Strong telephone communication skills are a must!
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
·High quality customer service experience and knowledge/understanding of personal injury law.
·Be detail oriented, comply with Best Practices and adhere to deadlines while consistently displaying proficiency in all verbal and written communications.
·Unparalleled organizational ability and effective time management.
- Great verbal and written communication skills, specifically spelling, grammar and diction.
- Pleasant, professional, assertive phone demeanor.
- Exceptional active listening skills.
- Exceptional typing skills (speed and accuracy)
- Must have excellent computer skills, specifically in Windows environment.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, College Students welcomed.
- Bilingual (Spanish- English) is a plus.

In addition, the ideal candidate will also possess unquestioned integrity and discipline and is systems/procedures oriented, detailed oriented, motivated, a self-starter, has the ability to multi-task and is an excellent communicator (written and verbal).
