Responsibilities include:
– Manage your own portfolio of new candidates and clients
– Become a market expert in order to provide advice and career guidance to candidates
– Utilize multiple online resources to source and screen potential candidates
– Manage all elements of the interview process from the beginning to the final stages
– Work to understand the client’s needs, consulting with hiring managers and reacting appropriately in an environment of competing priorities.
– Operate in a 360-degree role which means proactively sourcing candidates while developing and establishing new business relationships
– Build a network of professional contacts

Requirements include:

– Bachelor’s degree required
– 1-2 years recruiting/relevant experience
– Interest or experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
– Able to think strategically and deliver high quality work
– EXCELLENT communication, written and verbal skills
– Attention to detail
