Our client is looking for a Marketing Technology Coordinator to join their firm.

The Marketing Technology Coordinator will be a key member of the Marketing and
Business Development Department, supporting marketing technologies firm-wide. The
ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience supporting a firm’s website
(CMS), CRM system, email marketing platform, and proposal generation application.
Candidate should be outgoing and well-spoken with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
-Update and maintain website content, including attorney biographies, publications,
news, events and practice group descriptions, as well as marketing-related Intranet
content.
-Assist with development, implementation and dissemination of all firm
announcements and newsletters, including coordination with proofreading services,
content providers and graphics team.
-Data cleansing, enrichment and enhancement for CRM. Support contact
management efforts, including database and contact updates, development of
targeted marketing lists and training assistants on the CRM platform.
-Assist with the onboarding and training of marketing and business development
members regarding marketing technology software, processes and systems.
-Assist with special departmental projects as needed.

Qualifications:
-BA/BS in Marketing with one to two years of experience support technologies
mentioned above.
-Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, email distribution platforms,
ContactNet.
-Understanding of CRM concepts such as company association, address sharing,
and public and private contacts.
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced
environment. Must have the ability to work proactively and anticipate follow up
actions.

projects with minimal supervision.
-Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams in a
collaborative, professional environment.
-Must be flexible to work overtime as necessary.
