Job: Senior Corporate Paralegal (Tech companies) 125k

A top international law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to work with its attorneys on tech and emerging companies clients, as well as public companies clients.

This paralegal will be responsible for entity formation and corporate governance, assisting attorneys with various corporate transactions including M&A, venture capital and securities offerings. In addition, they will assist with stock plan and stock option administration, preparing related documents, and SEC filings. The individual will also be asked to conduct research on state and federal securities laws and prepare Blue Sky filings.

Paralegal positions require a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be capable of handling a large volume of work with multiple responsibilities, and be able to work well independently and in a team oriented environment.

Must have some knowledge of blue sky and cap table management experience. This is a big portion of this role.
