Job Description:

* Develop a deep knowledge of the firm's attorneys, clients, experience, and capabilities.

* Coordinate with lawyers to develop individual business development plans, schedule regular touch points, networking, and other related activities and meetings.

* Take ownership of CRM database and supervise data entry tracking of all business development activities (pre and post pitch activities, etc.) to CRM.

* Support partners with managing their contacts, including staying top-of-mind with key contacts, tracking, and organizing the partners' ongoing efforts.

* Work with Director of Marketing & Business Development to develop and produce client-facing materials related to pursuing new business including pitches, presentations, client meeting materials, etc.

* Provide pitch and directory submission support: edit, proofread, draft, track matters and maintain materials such as pitches, proposals, lawyer profiles, annual directory submissions and similar materials.

* Track ROI for all business development activities.

* Identify opportunities for thought leadership and other marketing and campaign ideas to increase brand awareness.

* Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Marketing, or related field and experience (IP experience is a plus).

* Ability to think critically and analytically, creative problem-solving skills, and exhibit sound judgment.

* Effective interpersonal and team working skills.

* Ability to direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as manage workload and prioritize projects accordingly.

* CRM experience required (ContactEase experience is a plus).

* An adaptable thinker who can work both strategically as well as in a hands-on/execution capacity.

* Strong organizational and administrative skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute through to completion.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Flexibility to evolve with the position as required.
