Job Description:


This is a growing regional firm that handles a significant amount of construction litigation cases.

The attorney will join a thriving team and manage their own cases from day to day with collaboration and availability from Team Leaders.

The attorney will report to clients and carriers, appear in Court for conferences and motions, comply with discovery, take and defend depositions, coordinate medical examinations, and prepare and file motions.

The team also handles premises liability cases, so a general working knowledge of negligence cases is a bonus.


Job Requirements:

Three or more years of experience with construction litigation and labor law.

New York bar admission a must; New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania bar admissions a plus.

The right candidate will have substantive experience handling cases that deal with Labor Law Sections 240(1) and 241(6), as well as contractual indemnification issues between the parties. Strong labor law deposition experience a must.
