Job Description:
Support the various functions of the firm's Human Capital Management (HCM) system, SAP SuccessFactors, including employee data management, timekeeping, recruiting, benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Data Management:
Input and update employee information:
* Maintain position management and update employee information
* Collect and carefully review all paperwork for entry into HRIS, including new hire forms, benefits selections, change forms, etc.
* User Support:
Provide support to employees and managers:
* Maintain HRIS shared HRIS troubleshooting mailbox by managing routine issues and escalating non-routine issues appropriately.
* Provide support to employees and managers for staff time & attendance in Employee Central Time (ECT)
* Troubleshoot staff time sheet issues.
* Payroll/Benefits: Coordinate employee data changes with Managers, Payroll and Benefits teams.
* Reporting:
*Generate routine and basic ad hoc reports; review reports for accuracy.
* System Upgrades: Assist with system upgrades by testing features and creating Quick Reference Guides.
* Third Party Support: Create and maintain status of HRIS issues escalated to a customer support ticketing platform.
* Recruiting & Onboarding: assist with creation of new positions, compiling job descriptions, posting jobs, and ensuring that new hire paperwork is in order.
* Performance:
support mid-year and annual review processes
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working with various modules in SAP SuccessFactors
* Experience with PlanSource benefits platform strongly preferred.
* Law firm or other professional services firm is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail is essential.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to handle a variety of projects in a fast-paced and sometimes reactionary environment
* Ability to work some overtime as necessary to meet deadlines
