Support users across 3 locations, as well as remote employees and will be expected to provide support to all employees while working in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will be quick learners with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. This is a position where your interests in IT will be fostered and mentored to grow. Team players who are hungry to learn are a must.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 1+ year supporting Windows Desktop OS (including some Macs), related hardware and peripherals.

• Preferred experience with MS O365

• Working knowledge of Windows Server OS, including active directory.

• Basic LAN and WAN networking, include VLAN, DHCP, DNS protocols

• Be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.

• Comfortable operating and supporting iOS devices

• Sensitive to user’s problems and proactive with finding a solution

• Has the passion to expand in to administrating and supporting virtual machine and VoIP.

• Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely matter

• Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional projects that take place during non-production hours

• Occasional lifting and manual labor required
