Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging domestic travel.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents related to discovery and trial preparation, including briefs, pleadings, exhibits, tables of contents, and tables of authorities
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for Partners and Associates, including court appearances and client meetings.
  • Draft and send approved communications on behalf of attorneys; manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Organize and maintain case files, legal records, and document management systems.
  • Process and manage expense reports via Concur.
  • Enter time for principals.
  • Provide gatekeeping support for sensitive documents and communications.
  • Exercise independent judgment and demonstrate strong problem-solving, proofreading, and prioritization skills.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail for assigned attorneys.
  • Perform general office support and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Minimum of 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Strong writing, communication, and proofreading skills.

• Familiarity with legal software systems a plus.

• Working knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court filing systems.
