Job Description:

Key responsibilities of this position include:


* Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing Communications teams on e-marketing campaigns from submission to distribution and analytics reporting, including but not limited to client alerts/thought leadership and seminar/event invitations;

* Analyze and communicate new business leads across digital marketing channels, including web, email, and social media;

* Update and add new content in the firm's content management system and perform scheduled content audits, including fixing broken links, correcting spelling errors, refreshing stale content, etc.;

* Support the execution of website projects including updating and posting content, redesign, auditing the firm's SEO and optimizing the website;

* Assist with data clean-up efforts, including merging duplicate contacts, researching company information and maintaining style guide standards. Help develop, implement and promote CRM best practices;

* Support the marketing, business development, and secretarial teams by troubleshooting any questions related to the firm's marketing technology stack;

* Monitor collaboration between systems related to marketing technology to ensure reliability of integrated data. Assist with the launch of new software for the team when necessary;

* Researching matters and clients to complete profiles in the firm's experience management system, including drafting experience narratives, assigning industries, uploading logos, entering client descriptions, etc.;

* Work closely with the Marketing Technology team to stay abreast of new legal marketing software and research. Attend seminars, webinars, and demos regularly;

* Complete, with supervision, special projects to improve the data integrity of specific marketing lists and contact types, including imports, data cleansing, searching and exporting; and

* Accept and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned



Job Requirements:


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required

* Minimum three-plus years of experience in digital marketing space

* Previous experience working with law firm CRM software systems and email marketing/distribution software; Concep preferred

* Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics software

* Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both in oral and written form

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize/coordinate deadlines and track progress of tasks

* Ability to organize work flow and use time efficiently

* Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy

* Must maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials

* Possesses the attitude of collaboration and sharing

* Willingness to learn and adopt new methodologies

* Proficiency with office productivity applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat); aptitude for learning new software strongly
