Job Description:


Responsibilities:

* In collaboration with our other US offices,

o Manage campus recruiting efforts including:

* law school outreach,

* on-campus interviews, callbacks, follow-up and the LA/ San Francisco and Palo Alto summer programs.

o Manage Professional Development Programs including:

* initiating and developing programming for LA/ Bay Area associates;

* supporting firm management and operating committees on the associate retention programs and the performance management process;

* managing and maintaining personnel data for the LA/ Bay Area attorneys;

* monitoring local market and staying informed with current market trends and; tracking and confirming attorney compliance with California Bar admission rules.

o Manage on-boarding and integration of newly hired law clerks and associates.

o Collaborate with the Diversity & Inclusion Committee on office-specific D&I initiatives.

o Contribute to an array of other programs as requested.

o Assist with HR Staff personnel matters and events as needed.

* Perform other duties as assigned



Job Requirements:


Qualifications:

* Four or more years' experience in professional services organization.

* Bachelor's degree required.

* Knowledge of legal recruiting, associate development and/or human resources practices.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of personnel.

* Accuracy and attention to detail.

* A self-starter who has the ability to work both independently and also collaboratively with the Talent Management team and firm leadership.

* Ability to provide leadership and support for detailed and complex projects.

* Flexibility in the midst of multiple and/or changing priorities and deadlines.

* Integrity - strong professional and ethical standards; must observe confidentiality of personnel and Firm matters.

* Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office Suite and familiarity with Asana, viRecruit or a similar recruiting database.
