Rates Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Exhibit expertise of 3E rate structure hierarchies and how to apply them to individual client agreements

* Update and maintain timekeeper rates in 3E

* Champion the implementation and management of dimensional rate structures

* Identify and apply exception rate groups to client agreements

* Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to assure seamless integration

* Create and manage tracker of rate agreements to ensure 3E compliance

* Work with Financial Systems team to develop rate reports

* Undertake ad hoc projects at the request of clients, partners and senior management

* Keep abreast of legal industry rate management trends

* Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3-4 years' experience advanced rate experience, including maintaining and implementing rates in 3E/Aderant within a law firm required

* Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

* High proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly learn and utilize additional software and systems

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

* Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with attorneys, external clients, and internal teams

* Ability to commute to the New York office as needed required
