Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Serving as the principal point of contact for logistical, operational, and case
management aspects of assigned matters
• Developing and maintaining detailed action plans, tracking systems, and deadlines across multiple workflows, including:
o Court filings and briefings
o eDiscovery (collection, review, production, and tracking)
o Accuracy and timeliness of information in case management platforms
o Witness preparation
o Status reports for clients
• Anticipating and resolving delays and risks; coordinating activities across jurisdictions and teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and value
• Assessing and improving processes to optimize resource allocation, drive efficiency, and align with client cost expectations without compromising quality, including by:
o Employing technology
o Leveraging work to lowest capable bill rate
• Mentoring and developing junior lawyers and support staff
• Managing vendor relationships, including coordination of work, performance, and cost control

We seek a candidate who functions as a strategic project manager. The ideal team member
is someone who takes ownership of outcomes, brings structure to ambiguity, can operate
with independence in a high-stakes and fast-moving environment, is comfortable engaging
directly with senior stakeholders, can make judgment calls on processes, and ensures large
teams remain focused and efficient.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in litigation case management, eDiscovery, or a closely related function within a law firm or legal services environment
• Experience managing large, multi-jurisdictional litigation matters with numerous active workstreams and frequent deadlines
• Ability to lead within large teams, including influencing without formal authority and developing junior team members
• Professional level expertise with litigation software (e.g., Relativity, Opus 2) and document review workflows, including analytics and technology-assisted review
