Job Description:

In this capacity, the Manager, Strategic Pricing - Litigation Practices will:


* Develop Pricing Strategies

* Design and implement innovative pricing strategies tailored to various practice areas and client segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.

* Financial Analysis

* Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to evaluate profitability, pricing trends, cost structures, and revenue opportunities; and

* Provide actionable insights to enhance financial performance and efficiency.

* Client Profitability Analysis

* Analyze client profitability and lifetime value to inform pricing negotiations and client retention strategies; and

* Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and profitability.

* Competitive Intelligence

* Monitor competitor pricing strategies and market trends to identify opportunities and threats; and

* Recommend adjustments to pricing approaches based on competitive analysis.

* Data Modeling and Forecasting

* Develop predictive models and financial forecasts to support pricing decisions and strategic planning; and

* Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.

* Collaboration and Leadership

* Collaborate with partners, attorneys, and firm leadership to educate and influence stakeholders on pricing best practices and strategies; and

* Lead cross-functional teams to implement pricing initiatives effectively.

* Technology and Tools

* Evaluate and implement pricing analytics tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pricing processes; and

* Stay updated on industry advancements in pricing and analytics and recommend improvements to existing tools.



Job Requirements:

Proficiencies:

* Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL);

* Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills are essential;

* Knowledge of legal industry dynamics, billing practices, and client engagement models;

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required - with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization; and

* Proven track record of leading projects, leading people and driving change initiatives.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;

* An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred;

* Minimum 3 years of Legal Pricing or Legal Project Management Experience (required); and

* 7+ years of work experience in any of the following areas: Legal Pricing, Pricing Analytics, Financial analysis, or Management Consulting.
