Job Description:

Duties / Responsibilities:
· Gatekeeper between team and voluminous client base / governmental agencies.
· Liaise with trustees, family members and beneficiaries.
· Routinely correspond with clients via telephone, email and facsimile.
· Keep privileged documents and records secure.
· Provide only accurate information to clients in a timely manner.
· Consistently, immediately and thoroughly document communications with clients.
· Update contact information for clients.
· Prepare applications and forms accurately, Able to QC same.
· Intense data entry using large excel files.
· Conduct research to find critical missing data.
· Able to creatively problem-solve.
· Collect information necessary to complete reporting and filing requirements.
· Record billable time daily.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications / Experience:
· two to four years’ experience in Trusts & Estates
· Bi-Lingual in Spanish desired.
· Notary Public or willingness to quickly become a Notary Public
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong references
Skills:
· Proficient in MS Office Suite; Strong Excel skills required.
· Experience in Adobe Reader (combining / assembling documents)
· Be detail-oriented, organized and attentive
· Manage deadlines.
· Be efficient and reliable
· Possess a “can do” attitude and maintain a positive team player mentality
· Able to deliver a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment
· Able to communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and team members regarding commitments, deadlines, challenges, requests, etc.
· Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
· Willing and able to learn new skills
