Description/Job Summary
The Manager, Workday Support Group (WSG) is responsible for the leadership of the WSG as it delivers various administrative functions across employee life cycle, employee onboarding and retention & related compliance of HRIS records and personnel files. The Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department through completion of regularly assigned duties, testing of systems releases, completing special projects and supporting end users with Workday and other HR technologies.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to the staff of the WSG
- Oversee all key Workday tables, including security roles, organizational assignments, and job and position changes
- Monitor the WSG team’s activities to ensure priorities are being followed and that the group’s objectives are being accomplished
- Publish metrics on usage, issues and adoption opportunities.
- Evaluate upcoming Workday releases for process optimization
- Partner with HRIT to ensure integrations, configuration and integrations are fit for purpose
- Communicate the objectives of the HR department, the HR Technology and Analytics team, and the Workday Support Group to the members of the WSG
- Update Stakeholders on opportunities for successful Workday adoption
- Assist CHRO and Director of HR Technology and Analytics with special projects
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Strong oral, written and verbal communication skills; excellent follow up skills
- Experience creating and presenting Leadership updates
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Required Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience working in HRIS
- Prior Workday implementation experience
- Prior experience with Workday stabilization and production support including configuration and reporting
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working in shared service model preferred
- Prior experience with Ultipro and ADP preferred
- Experience with BI preferred
- Prior experience with talent management and applicant tracking system preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience within a corporate HR environment preferred
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required
