In charge of all internal communications for the firm, Public Relations and Graphics will report in to the role. Hands on Internal Comm.

Reporting to the CMO, ensures that all department output meets the standards of brand excellence expected from a top tier international law firm. Supervises implementation and execution of certain marketing initiatives established by CMO including:
•Drafting, editing, coordination and quality review of internal and external newsletters including review of client memos prior to release
•Develop content and messages including interesting facts, important highlights, client testimonials, points of connection, excellence and differentiation for website and marketing materials.

The position will play a key role in defining and creating web content strategy
•Writing and editing firm/practice brochures
•Content development and management of Website and intranet (including keeping bios and Practice Descriptions current)
•Supervise design and production of collateral materials such as brochures, newsletters, and other communication pieces and manage the consistent use and application of the firm’s brand
•Draft/edit submissions for directories, surveys, firm listings
•Oversight and execution of firm events – including top tier Alumni programs and networking events and associated materials and invitations
•Enhance the firm’s CLE program and introduce new approaches for success (e.g. webinars)
•Draft content and coordinate with partners for dinner journal ads and with events organizers to meet deadlines.
•Vendor/production management
•Work with the CMO to develop and implement key department project plans
