Job Summary:
Our client is seeking to fill a Recruiting & Legal Personnel Coordinator position. The Recruiting & Legal Personnel Coordinator will have firm-wide recruiting and professional development responsibilities as part of the Legal Personnel Department. The position interacts most closely with the Recruiting & Legal Personnel Manager and Professional Development Manager. 

Essential Functions:
-Plan and manage the summer associate program
-Coordinate on-campus recruiting efforts and the in-office interview process for law students
-Screen resumes, schedule interviews and handle all related logistics of lateral associate recruiting initiatives -Maintain candidate database -Manage candidate, law school and search firm relationships; prepare annual reports and internal analysis of recruitment efforts 
-Assist with semi-annual associate review process; and plan and execute social and morale events.   

Qualifications and Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years of comparable experience, and prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm strongly preferred   
-Strong written and oral communication skills, discretion, good judgment, tact and poise
-Ability to take initiative and juggle multiple priorities 
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
-Must be team oriented 
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
