The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be a key member of the Marketing and Business Development Department, supporting marketing technologies firm-wide. The ideal candidate will be versatile and innovative. He/she will have at least three years of experience supporting a firm’s website (CMS), CRM system, email marketing platform, and proposal generation application. Interested candidates should be comfortable advocating for (and implementing) new marketing technologies. He/she should have an understanding of marketing analytics, with a proven track record of collecting data from various systems to deliver competitive intelligence insights. Candidate should be outgoing and well-spoken with a keen attention to detail.
•Manage and support all technologies used by the Marketing and Business Development Department. Serve as the liaison between each provider/vendor and the department. Monitor integration between systems to ensure reliability of data. Assist with the launch of new software or improvements for the team when necessary. Provide support to the team by troubleshooting any technology issues (regarding the website, email marketing, proposal application) or other database inquiries.
•Work with Director to improve search engine optimization (SEO); generate reports on website analytics and on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
•Provide monthly analysis of email campaigns and website performance; train team on key learnings, such as identifying trends and potential business development leads.
•Develop strategies and approaches for data cleansing, enrichment and enhancement for CRM data. Create a plan for daily, weekly and monthly data management tasks while proactively looking for improvements on the data management process. Support contact management efforts, including database and contact updates, development of targeted marketing lists and training assistants on the CRM platform.
•Update and maintain website content, including attorney biographies, publications, news, events and practice group descriptions, as well as marketing-related Intranet content.
Assist with development, implementation and dissemination of all firm announcements and newsletters, including coordination with proofreading services, content providers and graphics team.
•Assist with the onboarding and training of marketing and business development members regarding marketing technology software, processes and systems.
•Assist with special departmental projects as needed.
•BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or Computer Sciences with at least three years of experience support technologies mentioned above
•Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, email distribution platforms, ContactNet, Google and web analytics
•Familiarity with SEO concepts and techniques
•Thorough understanding of CRM concepts such as company association, address sharing, and public and private contacts
•Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must have the ability to work proactively and anticipate follow up actions
•Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision
•Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environment
•Must be flexible to work overtime as necessary
