One of the nation’s premier law and consulting firms has an exciting opportunity for a Professional Recruiting Coordinator in our New York office.
This individual would work under the National Senior Recruiting Manager and will assist with coordinating all aspects of recruiting for attorneys, consultants, paralegals and contractors for our East Coast offices. This position will also assist with our on-campus student recruiting and summer program for healthcare professionals and other Professional Recruiting initiatives as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate all aspects of lateral associate, paralegal and contractor hiring, including position approvals, drafting and placing postings, working with search firms, pre-screening resumes, scheduling interviews, offer process, correspondence and follow-up, and on-boarding.
•Assist with the coordination of on-campus recruiting events and summer program
•Serve as a liaison and maintain relationships with search firms, career services and other recruitment professionals.
•Maintain recruitment applicant tracking database and recruiting materials.
•Coordinate orientation scheduling and onboarding, including our formal integration programs at the partner and Managing Director levels.
•Other recruiting and talent management responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a professional service environment.
•Demonstrate high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
•Excellent organizational skills.
•Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management and be a team player.
•Ability to adapt quickly to needs and priorities.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality.
•Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (knowledge of viRecruit a plus).
