An elite international law firm that represents companies across a wide spectrum of businesses and industries, most notably financial services is seeking a Marketing Assistant for the NY office.

Responsibilities:

Performs clerical aspects of documentation coordination and production including follow up on partner requests for pitch documents and materials.
Assists with the production of client memoranda including coordination between attorneys, proofreading and word processing.
Manages and updates department’s documentation management system and can recall and readily access various documents needed promptly.
Provides graphic production support to the firm’s graphic designer.
Processes and tracks invoices and maintains budgets spreadsheets.
Coordinates marketing committee meetings and other meetings hosted by the CMO.
Assists with various aspects of event production including nametags, promotional items.
Provides general administrative support to the department such as document production and proofreading, and can provide backup support to various members of the department.
Maintains department PTO calendar and attendance records.
Supports CMO on various projects as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or Public Relations preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task in support of a team across marketing disciplines.
Strong attention to detail and follow through.
50+ wpm typing.
